Mission & Vision

As your birth doula, I’m here for you as a grounding source of information, emotional assurance and advocacy for a transition from pregnancy to parenthood that aligns with your desires and supports your unique needs every step of the way.

• Whether you choose to birth at home, in a birth center, or hospital, I believe everyone who gives birth has a right to unbiased, evidence based information and informed decision making, and deserves a support team completely committed to honoring your choices throughout each step of your process.

• I recognize that this journey does not end once your baby is born. It’s my goal to set you and your family up for long term, sustainable success so you can thrive through change long into parenthood. I believe in you and I am committed to helping you believe in yourself. As your postpartum doula, It’s an honor to offer you the continuity of care you deserve to make you feel nourished, held, seen and loved.

• I am passionate about serving and supporting families of all identities, cultures, relationship structures, gender expressions, sexual orientations, disabilities, nationalities, religions, races and ages. As a queer person, I am especially passionate about serving LGBTQ+ birthing families.

• I am committed to anti racism and reproductive justice in my practice and prioritize deepening my understanding of institutional racism in reproductive care. I believe all people deserve to birth and transition into parenthood with trust, safety and dignity.
