  • One complimentary Introductory consult before hiring

  • Unlimited support throughout your pregnancy via phone, text and email upon hiring. On-call 24/7 in person support at 38 weeks.

  • two prenatal visits, including birth plan guidance, yoga, bodywork, education and evidence based information

  • continuous In person labor and delivery support

  • 1-2 postpartum visits

  • access to trusted resources and community referrals

postpartum package

$35-$45/hour

  • 40 hours

  • 4 daytime visits (4 hours each)

  • 3 evening visits (8 hours each)

  • includes newborn care, new parent care, sibling care, lactation support, light housekeeping, cooking and meal prep

  • This package is flexible and hours can be restructured to fit your needs
